The Principal will also require to be satisfied that the child is sufficiently fluent in English. Thus, the requirement of having the child undergo tests deemed at verifying the child's fluency in the English language.

2.

There are three terms per year. Full year's fees must be paid prior to enrolment. The Parent Association Committee and the Board of Trustees set the school fees to meet the operating expenses of the school.

Please contact the school directly via telephone for information with regards to our fee structure should you wish to enroll your child during the second or third term of the academic year or should your child be of 'pre-school or kindergarten' age.

3.

Thirty school days' notice in writing must be given prior to the end of a term for withdrawal of a pupil.

4.

Copies of current passports and KITAS, Diplomatic or Dinas visas of all pupils and their parents must be lodged with the School. Originals will need to be presented for verification of copies. A child may be admitted before a KITAS visa is issued by the Indonesian authorities, but the visa must be presented to the School within two months of the child's admission. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the child’s withdrawal. A letter of special permission from the Indonesian Ministry of Education is sufficient to release a student from this requirement.
